Description

Jimmy Red corn is an heirloom field corn. It is open pollinated, meaning it is not a hybrid.  It can be used in gardens, although it is not as sweet as the hybrid sweet corns. But the starchy grain of Jimmy Red is used extensively for fermentation and distillation in grain alcohol production, as well as culinary applications. This seed is tested for germination to be planted and grown.  Untreated.
